Rock Bridge vs. Hickman baseball game postponed again

COLUMBIA — For the second time in 12 days the first meeting between Rock Bridge and Hickman baseball has been postponed due to inclement weather conditions, Rock Bridge coach Justin Towe confirmed Tuesday.

No make up date has been announced.

The postponement continues what has been a near-constant string of weather disturbances for local baseball teams this spring. Rock Bridge (15-3) has played just two home games in April. It has had four games cancelled or postponed in the past two weeks.

Rock Bridge ventured away from Columbia to play this past weekend, registering three wins in Lebanon, and two more at Liberty Park in Sedalia.

The Bruins will host Kirksville at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.
