Two Missouri golfers win SEC honors

Missouri senior golfer Jace Long was voted  First Team All-SEC by SEC coaches, while junior Hunter Kraus was awarded SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors.

Long, who ranks third in the league with a 71.36 scoring average, has four wins so far in 2013. He has also recorded seven top-10 finishes.

Kraus, a Chemistry major and Latin minor, has a 3.92 grade-point average.

The Missouri golf team will discover its postseason fate May 6 when the NCAA announces regional play.
