Tolton baseball sweeps Missouri Military Academy

The Father Tolton Catholic High School baseball team won both games of its doubleheader Tuesday against the Missouri Military Academy (MMA) at Tolton High School.
Tolton won the first game 8-7 in dramatic fashion, scoring two runs in the in the bottom of the seventh inning to seal the victory. Parker Wilkinson tied the game, and Pate Cooper got the winning hit for the Trailblazers.
Tolton was more dominant in the second game, scoring 13 runs to MMA's six. Tolton pitcher Clay Harrison got the victory as Caleb Lucero and Kelsey Bequette collected two hits a piece.
Tolton is scheduled to play against St. Paul Lutheran High School on Thursday in Concordia.
