Centralia Intermediate School students participated in a Civil War re-enactment Friday at Centralia Battlefield in celebration of Civil War day. Students participated in a mock battle and wrote letters to one another as if they were writing home from war.

CENTRALIA — Centralia Intermediate School students participated in a Civil War re-enactment Friday at Centralia Battlefield in celebration of Civil War day. Students participated in a mock battle and wrote letters to one another as if they were writing home from war.  A Civil War re-enactor instructed a platoon of students during drills for the re-enactment.
