ENGAGEMENT: Martina Hoyt to marry Jaron Vail

Martina Hoyt to marry Jaron Vail on July 13

Terry and Joy Hoyt of Laddonia would like to announce the marriage of their daughter, Martina Hoyt, to Jaron Vail, son of Darlene (McIntosh) Vail and the late Dr. Ronald Vail.

The wedding is planned for July 13 at The Tiger Hotel in Columbia.

Ms. Hoyt is the granddaughter of Laurance and Mary Frances Hoyt of Laddonia and Robert and Alta Bland of Vandalia. She is a 2003 graduate of Van-Far High School and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from MU. She currently serves as site manager for Jumpstart at MU.

Mr. Vail is the grandson of the late Edward and Wilma McIntosh of St. Louis and the late Raymond and Bernice Hunley (nee Vail) also of St. Louis. He is a 2000 graduate of Webster Groves High School. Jaron earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in writing from Lindenwood University. He is the outreach program specialist for the Missouri Department of Higher Education.
