MU police searching for man who kicked University Hospital employee in shin

COLUMBIA — An MU police officer was dispatched to University Hospital on Thursday morning after a man demanded money of a hospital employee and then kicked her in the shin, according to a Clery Release from the MU Police Department.

The victim called hospital security and the assailant left the scene in a car driven by another person. The assailant was identified as 22-year-old Dominque Powell and has been arrested previously, according to the Clery Release.
