Rock Bridge baseball ends season with loss in state quarterfinals

The Rock Bridge baseball team ended its season with a 3-2 loss to Willard on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the Class 5 state tournament.

The Bruins, who had beaten Lebanon 11-1 on Tuesday to reach the quarterfinals, end the year with a 25-7 record.

Willard advances to play Christian Brothers in the semifinals.
