Rhonda Kay Hudson, of Centralia, June 22, 1950 — June 8, 2013

Rhonda Kay Hudson, 62, of Centralia, MO passed away June 8, 2013.

She was born June 22, 1950. On August 22, 1969, she married Lee Hudson at the First Baptist Church in Centralia, MO and he survives.

Also surviving are her sons: Steve Hudson (Jessica) of Columbia, Mark Hudson of Centralia, and David Hudson (Julie) of Columbia; brother, Kenny Hulen (Belinda) of Columbia; and grandchildren: Cook, Beau, Arely, and Zana Hudson, all of Columbia.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Grandview Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.

Rhonda was a loving wife, mother and grandma who was an avid sports fan of her sons and grandchildren. She was a talented floral designer at The Classic Touch in Fulton, MO and operated several booths at Artichoke Annie’s and The Ice Chalet. Rhonda was a longtime member of Grandview Baptist Church, and organized many parties and events for the congregation.

She was preceded in death by the family who raised her: her great grandma Carter and her grandmother Helen Hulen, and beloved family and friends: aunt Ruby, aunt Laura Durk, Rob Cook Hudson, Bealuh Hudson and daughter-in-law Rachel House Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grandview Cemetery.
