Columbia police ask citizens to come forward about Bodie Drive shooting

COLUMBIA — Police investigating a shooting incident on Bodie Drive early Sunday asked citizens to come forward with information.

A man was shot in the leg on Bodie Drive at about 1 a.m. Sunday. A release from the Columbia Police Department stated that "investigators have little to no information due to the victim being uncooperative."

The shooting is not linked with other recent shootings, according to the release.

Anyone with information can call CPD at 874-7652 or Crime Stoppers at 875-TIPS.
