Terry Dean Dyson loved cars, trucks, outdoors

COLUMBIA — Terry Dean Dyson of Columbia died Thursday, July 11, 2013. He was 64.

Mr. Dyson was born in Kansas City to Glenn and Roberta Anderson Dyson on Aug. 16, 1948.

He loved cars and trucks and the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. 

Mr. Dyson is survived by five children, Lisa Forbis and her husband, Charles Christy Schupp, Lorie Pirtle and her husband, Danny, Jon Ulness and his wife, Danielle, and Jordan Dalton; a niece, Patti Stadler, and her husband, Kevin; and eight grandchildren, David Bentlage, Ravin Forbis, Teri and Brittney Dyson, Alexandria Pirtle, Tyler Myers, Derrick Warren, and Cameron and Kalib Ulness.

His parents and his granddaughter, Whitney Bentlage, died earlier. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Instead of flowers, Mr. Dyson requested that memorial donations be made to The Ronald McDonald House for Whitney Bentlage.
