The records: The Columbia Board of Realtors provides monthly statistics for sales of existing and newly constructed single-family homes. These statistics include the number of houses sold, selling price, days on the market, Boone County's absorption rate and the pending, active and new market listings.

Where you get the records: Go to cbormls.com/home and click on the "Stats" tab. On the following page, select a month on the left side and scroll down to view the statistics provided by the Columbia Board of Realtors.
