Missouri attorney general: Tax-cut bill could mean retroactive refunds

JEFFERSON CITY — Efforts to override Gov. Jay Nixon’s veto of a tax-cut bill could result in Missouri taxpayers getting tax refunds for the past three years’ returns, Attorney General Chris Koster said Thursday.
