Battle girls volleyball falls to Fulton

COLUMBIA — The Battle girls volleyball team played its first match against Fulton on Thursday night. The Spartans varsity team lost 25-14 and 25-14.

Libero Lydia Delcourt recorded four points.

Head coach Ali Schupp said that she saw many positives in the team's performance and that they were building a foundation for the rest of the season.

Battle will play its first home match Thursday against Union.
