Stephens women's soccer loses to Central Methodist

COLUMBIA — Stephens women's soccer lost to the Central Methodist University Eagles 16-1 on Friday.

The leading scorers for the Eagles were forward Jen McIntyre, midfielder Emily Laffold and midfielder Ashley Bundren with two goals each.

Midfielder Kenzie Andrade scored the lone goal for the Stars in the second half.

After the loss, the Stars move to 0-5 on the season. Stephens plays their next game at 4 p.m. Monday at Cosmopolitan Park against Iowa Wesleyan College.
