Columbia College soccer first in conference after sixth straight win

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College women's soccer team won its sixth straight match and moved into first place in the American Midwest Conference with a 7-1 win over Park University on Thursday.

The win improved the Cougars' record to 11-2-1 overall and 8-1-0 in the AMC.

Four different players scored for Columbia College, including senior midfielder Stephanie Hale, who recorded a hat trick.

The Cougars play their final home game of the season next week against Lindenwood University-Belleville.
