Columbia College volleyball upsets Park Univeristy

The No. 22 Columbia volleyball team defeated No. 14 Park University on Friday 3-1 (26-24, 21-25, 25-21, 25-18).

Lydie van Deursen had 58 assists for the Cougars, and Erin Pavlin had 19 digs. Paula Rosa led with 21 kills, followed by Sarah Schwentker with 16.

Columbia College is now 19-9 and will host Benedictine University of Springfield at 7 p.m. on Monday.
