FROM READERS: Columbia club recognized for work with Missouri Girls Town

Carolyn Dye is the president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs Tuesday Club of Columbia.

The General Federation of Women's Clubs Tuesday Club of Columbia was recognized at the Oct. 5 Open House at Missouri Girls Town as a member of the Century Club for donations between $100,000 and $249,999. Missouri Girls Town was founded 60 years ago by the General Federation of Women's Clubs of Missouri. It is the only licensed and accredited female-only residential treatment facility for adolescent girls in the state of Missouri.
