COLUMBIA — The Missouri women's golf team finished in ninth place at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown on Tuesday with a team score of 18-over par. San Diego State won the tournament at 3-over par.

The Tigers had two golfers finish in the top 20, with redshirt freshman Michelle Butler finishing fourth at 2-under par and sophomore Katherine Hepler finishing tied for 17th place at 2-over par.

With Las Vegas being the final tournament of the fall season, the Tigers will not compete again until Feb. 16 at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic.
