Stephens College soccer suffers 17th loss to end season

COLUMBIA — The Stephens College soccer team lost 15-0 at home to Benedictine University-Springfield on Wednesday night. 

Freshman defender Taylor McPhillips got things started for the Bulldogs in the second minute. Freshman forward Ashley Bensko lead Benedictine the rest of the way with four goals. 

Stephens sophomore goalkeeper Briannica Ponder made 13 saves. 

Stephens finished the season 1-17 overall and 0-10 in the American Midwest Conference.
