Hickman boys basketball now 2-0

COLUMBIA — The Hickman boys basketball team won its second game of the season with a 84-57 win over Wentzville Holt.

Jimmy Whitt led Hickman with 29 points, and Chris Clark added 18 points. Hickman opened strong and led 29-13 after the first quarter on the way to a 52-33 halftime lead.

Hickman takes its 2-0 record into Wednesday's semifinal of the 43rd annual Troy Boys Invitational. Hickman will face either Troy Buchanan or Westminster.
