COLUMBIA — Priority roads in Columbia remained clear Sunday morning after crews spent Saturday plowing and treating roads.
Steven Sapp, public information specialist for Columbia Public Works, said in an email Sunday that priority roads were clear with a few scattered slick spots. Secondary roads were still mostly snow covered. He said there were no issues overnight.
According to a news release from Public Works, the department will have two people on call to handle any problems that might happen on priority routes.
Interstate 70 in Columbia remained clear Sunday morning, and Highway 63 and many other state roads were mostly clear, according to the Traveler Information Map on MoDOT's website.
