Missouri football's Britt and Ganes headed to Shrine Game

COLUMBIA — Missouri football's Justin Britt and E.J. Gaines have accepted invitations to play in the 89th East-West Shrine Game, scheduled for Jan. 18 in  St. Petersburg, Fla.

The game, which annually features some of college football's best players, will kick off at 4 p.m. and will be televised on the NFL Network. It benefits Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Britt and Gaines are the 39th and 40th Tigers to head to the Shrine Game and the eighth and ninth to do it under coach Gary Pinkel's tenure at Missouri.
