Hickman girls basketball improves to 13-0

The Hickman High School girls basketball team improved to 13-0 with a 56-45 win over Lee's Summit West High School on Tuesday.

Emily Miller led the Kewpies with 24 points and 11 rebounds, and Kendahl Adams added 11 points.

Hickman shot well from the free-throw line, especially in the fourth quarter — the Kewpies went 8-10 from the line to maintain their lead.

Hickman's next game is against Nerinx Hall (St. Louis) High School and is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18 at 3 p.m. at Hickman High School.
