Arkansas tops Missouri gymnastics

COLUMBIA -  Arkansas spoiled the home opener with a 196.050-194.650 on Pink Out night.

Sophomore Blair Elmore, junior Laura Kppler and freshman Angie Kern set career highs in the vault while freshman Alyson Heimsath tied her personal best,.

Elmore set a personal best on the vault and junior Briana Conkle set a career high. Rebecca Johnson scored a career high on the bars.

Freshman Sasha Sander scored a personal best on beam and Updike had a career best.

Heimsath had a career high on the floor and Kern had a personal best.

The Tigers compete again Friday when the Kentucky Wildcats come to Columbia at 6:30 p.m.
