Hickman basketball moves to semifinals

COLUMBIA — Senior guard Chris Clark scored 24 points to lead Hickman High School to a 69-30 win over Ruskin High School in a Lee’s Summit tournament game Monday.

The Kewpies improved to a 15-0 season. Senior Douglas Johnson added 18 points and junior guard Jimmy Whitt had 14.

Hickman plays Wednesday in the semifinal game against the winner of the game between Lee’s Summit West and Raytown South high schools.
