Columbia woman arrested in connection with Rice Road shooting

COLUMBIA — Police arrested a Columbia woman in connection with the Sunday night shooting on Rice Road.

Columbia police arrested Eugenia Dyer, 36, of Columbia, on Monday night in connection with the shooting that took place in the 5000 block of Rice Road on Sunday. Dyer is suspected of shooting Courteniz Logan, 30, and Jermaine Wilson, 30, both of Columbia.

Both men were hospitalized and were in stable condition on Monday. 

Dyer was arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed criminal action, one count of first-degree domestic assault and one count of first-degree assault. She is being held on $800,000 bond.
