Tuesday, February 4, 2014 | 3:59 p.m. CST

Four Columbia high school sports teams were forced to postpone basketball games Tuesday night because of the weather.

Battle High School boy's basketball postponed their game against Waynesville. The Spartans were the only Columbia school with a home game scheduled for Tuesday night.

The Rock Bridge High School boys and girls teams were unable to compete as well. The boys missed their game at Jefferson City High School, and the girls game at Cor Jesu in St. Louis was canceled.

The Rock Bridge girls have scheduled a make-up game for 5:30. p.m. Wednesday. The game will be played at Webster Groves, according to head coach Jill Nagel.

The Bruins boy's game against Jefferson City has been rescheduled for Feb. 15.

The Hickman High School girls game at Holt High School was also canceled. Kewpie athletics director Doug Mirts said Hickman is working on rescheduling the game.
