Missouri men's and women's swimming and diving teams finish fifth

The Missouri men's and women's swimming and diving teams finished fifth and ninth, respectively, at the 2014 SEC championships in Athens, Ga.

The Georgia women won their fifth consecutive title. On the men's side, Florida won its second straight championship. Over the five-day championships, the Tigers set a combined eight school records and had 14 top-eight finishes. Headlining the way was sophomore Lauren Reedy, who was the women's one-meter runner up, senior David Bonuchi taking third on the three-meter and fourth-place finishes by Bonuchi on the platform and junior Igor Kozlovskij in the 200 breast.
