Missouri men's golf takes 9th at Puerto Rico Classic

COLUMBIA — The Missouri men's golf team came in ninth at the Puerto Rico Classic that concluded Tuesday. The Tigers finished the 54-hole tournament with a 4-over-par 868 strokes.

Senior captain Emilio Cuartero and redshirt sophomore Wilson Sundvold both shot even par in the tournament to lead Missouri. Cuartero and Sundvold tied for 30th place.

Euan Walker shot 2-over par, and Hunter Kraus finished at 4-over par. Linus Lilliedahl ended the tournament at 7-over par.

Missouri is scheduled to return to action March 9 at Brandon, Ore.
