Central Methodist University plans dorm renovations

FAYETTE — Central Methodist University in Fayette plans to renovate its residence halls this summer.

The school said in a news release that it will spend about $500,000 on the project. Renovations are expected to start in May and be completed before classes start in August.

The upgrades of Burford, Woodward, Holt and Howard-Payne residence halls will include such things as new closets, interior remodeling, news furniture and new carpet, as well as work on the exteriors.
