COLUMBIA — An Amber Alert issued Feb. 18 was canceled one day after the body of 10-year-old Hailey Owens was found in Craig Michael Wood’s house in Springfield.  This is the first time this year a child in Missouri has been found dead after an alert was issued.

The interactive map shows the locations of the 14 alerts issued in Missouri since 2010. Click on the green markers for cases in which children were found safe, red for cases in which children were found dead and blue for cases in which children are lost or missing.
