COLUMBIA — The Activity and Recreation Center hosted 25 kids for its Spring Adventure Camp this week — a camp for kids to swim, play sports, watch movies and enjoy other activities. The weather kept the campers mostly inside Thursday, but it still offered activities including basketball and swimming.

Spencer Rennier and Patrick Tapp are in charge of the rambunctious kids, ranging from 5 to 11 years old.

"I do a lot of youth stuff," Rennier said. "I like kids, and it’s a good learning experience for me — dealing with 25 kids."
