Missouri women's golf fifth after two rounds

COLUMBIA — The Missouri women's golf team sat in fifth place after two rounds of the Mountain View Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz., on Friday. The Tigers are 16-over par as a team.

Nebraska leads the tournament at 3-over par.

Missouri junior Laura Kraft was the team's top golfer. She was 1-over par after two rounds, and she was in fifth as an individual, too.

Her teammates Michelle Butler and Alina Rogers are tied for 14th at 3-over par.

The tournament resumes Saturday at MountainView Golf Club.
