Tolton boys golf finishes third at Wednesday's SoBoCo Quad meet

COLUMBIA — The Tolton boys golf team finished third in the SoBoCo Quad meet Wednesday. The meet was hosted by Southern Boone High School at Eagle Knoll Golf Course in Ashland.

Tolton's 37-over par score of 181 was three strokes back of first-place Southern Boone. Eugene High School finished second, one stroke behind Southern Boone.

Tolton freshman Jack Parker was the individual medalist at the event, finishing with a 1-under 35. It was his second win in three days; Parker took first in a dual meet against the Missouri Military Academy at Arthur Hills Golf Course in Mexico, Mo., on Monday.

The next match for Tolton is Thursday against Palmyra High School at the Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton.
