Columbia College women's golf takes 2nd in Spring Open

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College women's golf team concluded the 27-hole Central Methodist University Spring Open on Tuesday. The team finished with 498 strokes to take second in the six-team field.

The Spring Open was held at Hail Ridge Golf Course in Boonville.

Avery Rochester took medalist honors for Columbia College with 111 strokes.

The next action for the Cougars is the American Midwest Conference Preview on April 22 in Madison, Ill.
