Saturday, May 24, 2014 | 6:00 a.m. CDT
The men's team from the Columbia Rugby Football Club volunteered at the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri on May 17.

Sean Cox is a member of the Columbia Rugby Football Club.

On May 17, members from the Outlaws, the men's team from the Columbia Rugby Football Club, volunteered over 40 hours at the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri. Volunteers packed over 1,800 lbs of hot dogs and over 1,200 lbs of graham cracker crumbs for distribution.

This is the second time this spring that members from the CRFC have volunteered labor hours to this great cause. The Outlaws (men's team) and the Black Sheep (women's team) have also collected over 400 lbs of food donations by collecting at each of their home games.

Columbia Rugby Football Club has adopted The Food Bank as their charity for the 2014 year and will continue their support through the summer and at their home games again this fall season.
