The burglary was reported to the Police Department just after 6:30 a.m. After a nine-hour investigation, officers acquired a search warrant for the apartment and vehicle of Dustin Lipich. They found the rifles in the trunk of Lipich's car and the two handguns and five tablets in his apartment on Clark Lane, according to the release.

Lipich was arrested in his apartment on suspicion of burglary, stealing and property damage. The bonds for the burglary and stealing charges are to be set, while the property damage charge has a $500 bond.
