COLUMBIA — A man robbed the Missouri Credit Union branch at 3401 Buttonwood Drive on Saturday morning.

The suspect entered the bank and implied he had a gun, but didn't display it, according to a Columbia Police Department news release. He took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene in what could be a four-door sedan, the release said.

Officers were dispatched to the scene at 10:13 a.m., the release said.

Police are still searching for the suspect, and no arrests have been made.

Supervising editor is Samuel Hardiman.
