TELL US: Do you live in a historic home?

What is inside Columbia's historic homes? Who lives there, and what do those people have to say about their surroundings?

I'm a Missourian photojournalist interested in photographing history, and I need your help to gather the stories and voices of the past and present.

I'm interested in putting together a photo essay of people and their historic homes. I'm looking for homes built during the World War I era or earlier, and my goal is to photograph a home, its owner and some detail of the old home the owner loves. I want to know why they moved there and if or why they love their historic home.

If you're interested or know anyone who would be, please contact me at or 512-917-8068. I can't wait to tell your story!

Supervising editor is Brian Kratzer.
