Health department provides free vaccinations

COLUMBIA —The Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services will administer free vaccines from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at its clinic at 1005 W. Worley St.

Students ages 11 through 26 are eligible for the free vaccinations. The Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis/whooping cough), meningococcal (meningitis) and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations will be offered while supplies last.

No appointments are needed. Walk-ins are welcome.
