Missouri women's basketball team sets date with Missouri State

COLUMBIA — The Missouri women's basketball team announced Thursday a game with Missouri State in Kansas City. The game is scheduled for Dec. 30 at the Sprint Center.
"I believe the Missouri versus Missouri State matchup is a positive game on our schedule," Missouri State coach Kellie Harper said. "We know that it is a competitive and challenging game."
The Missouri men's basketball team is also scheduled to play a game at the Sprint Center on Dec. 30. The men's team faces Oklahoma State.
Times for the games will be announced later. The women's game will be scheduled to start four hours before the men's game.
The game will be the first for the Tiger women's team in the Sprint Center. Missouri leads 17-9 against Missouri State in the women's basketball all-time series.
