Tolton volleyball earns first win

COLUMBIA — The Tolton volleyball team picked up its first win of the season against district opponent Eugene and evened out their record at 1-1.

Senior River Remis had six kills to lead the offense and sophomore Emma Travis added five more. Sophomore Leah Sanchez led them defensively with 12 digs.

The team's next match is at home against Hermann on Sept. 2.
