McDonald’s robbed by man with gun

An unidentified man robbed a McDonald’s restaurant in northeast Columbia at gunpoint on Monday night and fled with an undisclosed amount of money, Columbia police said.

The man pulled a small black handgun and demanded cash from the safe of the restaurant on Clark Lane, according to the Police Department.

Officers received the report shortly after 10 p.m., but the man had already fled on foot by the time police arrived, according to police.

No one was injured during the robbery, according to police.
