Missouri wrestlers finish eighth at National Duals

After big victories at 141 and 184 pounds, the No. 9 Missouri wrestling team tied No. 18 Arizona State 21-21 to finish in eighth place Sunday at the National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

The Tigers lost a tiebreaker of most nearfalls.

The duals included eight of the top ten teams in the country, and featured 15 teams among the 16.

Redshirt freshman Marcus Hoehn picked up three bonus points for the Tigers with a pin at 141 pounds.

After two upset victories in the first day of competition, redshirt freshman Raymond Jordan scored a key 3-2 win against No. 8 C.B. Dolloway. Jordan is ranked No. 17.
