Columbia- Members of the Missouri Symphony prepare dishes from their various homelands to the culinary delight of the public. In years past, the food, made available after a concert of chamber music, has represented traditional cuisines from countries such as Georgia, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and Moldova. Last year, some of the countries were Brazil, Taiwan, Korea and Germany.
