Blankets and chairs filled the lawn at Stephens Lake Park on Friday night in Columbia for the Flat Branch Outdoor Cinema Series' showing of Casablanca. This is the fourth year for the series, but the first time for a film to be shown at Stephens Lake. The next film in the series will be The Princess Bride on September 6 at Flat Branch Park.
From left: Sammy and Dee Stidham, who own D-Dee's Kettle Korn, start to pick up after the crowd settles into watching Casablanca, shown as part of the Flat Branch outdoor cinema series.
The large crowd of movie-goers gets settled before the movie, which was being shown on a big, inflatable movie screen provided by Flat Branch Pub.
