The Tigers’ offense is returning eight starters. Although wide receiver Danario Alexander never started last year, he contributed off the bench as a true fresh¬man, most notably with a 74-yard touchdown catch in the Sun Bowl against Oregon State. The right side of the offensive line doesn’t have starting experience but did see action last season. Right tackle Dain Wise played in four games, and right guard Kurtis Gregory played in all 13.
