COLUMBIA — Residents may attend a committee meeting to review land proposals for a new high school, Superintendent Phyllis Chase said.
Twenty-one Columbia residents, chosen by the Columbia School Board, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 to review six land proposals submitted to the Columbia Public School District. The committee is charged with ranking the sites. Those recommendations will be forwarded to the school board.
The meeting, at 1818 W. Worley St., is open to the public. Residents may attend but will not be able to comment, she said.
