Salvation Army Rotary bell-ringer Pam Franta rings for donations in front of the post office on Walnut Street. “I thought it would be colder today,” said Franta, who has been volunteering as a bell ringer for several years.
Matthew Cleek gets ready to finish his day of work. Cleek is painting a house that is being remodelled. “I felt like this was the coldest day yet,” he said.
