COLUMBIA Michayla Strother, a student at Jamestown C-I School, will be awarded a $1,000 savings bond as part of the 2007 Bonnie Plants Third Grade Cabbage Program. The award will be presented by Katie Smith, director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Michayla participated in the cabbage program last year and was selected from more than 90 students in Missouri who participated.
